We are looking for a Lead Generation Analyst to join our Partnerships team. This role will be a key to Simply Business’ success by building effective relationships with new and existing partners to optimize the lead generation channel.

This role will report to our Director of Insurance Distribution Partnerships and Lead Generation and work closely with our Marketing, Customer Solutions Center, Data, and Commercial teams.

As a Lead Gen Analyst you will:

  • Serve as account manager on our current key lead generation partners while continuously scanning the market for prospective partners
  • Strengthen and grow positive relationships with lead gen partners through touchpoint plans, meetings, phone calls, and partner events
  • Analyze individual campaign results to anticipate any issues and identify and implement opportunities that will enable us to improve campaign performance
  • In partnership with product managers, customer insights, and compliance, ensure that our lead generation campaigns are activated with our customers at the heart of what we do
  • Develop, implement, and report on a testing schedule to drive performance and innovation, participating in many beta opportunities and cutting edge trials
  • Prepare department documents including partner activation plans,  dashboards, and partnership recaps
  • Maintain thorough communication with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Build end to end refund process to minimize leakage 
  • Partner with call center leadership to align volume to capacity 
  • Partner with insurance product to keep campaigns aligned to appetite 
  • Partner with finance on month end reporting, reconciliation and analysis

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience within marketing or lead generation
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize your own workload and pipeline to the needs of the business, with effective communication skills
  • The ability to challenge us! We want people who can come in and shape the future of this business and not be afraid to raise questions and help us improve
  • An analytical individual who has a high attention to detail and is comfortable building financial reports 
  • A people person who knows how to communicate, motivate and inspire a range of cross-functional teams, particularly within technology and marketing
  • Someone who’s flexible and tenacious with a focus on delivery
  • Experience or interest in insurance or financial services
  • Experience or interest in working within or with small businesses
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional team environment with technical people

What's going on with work from home and return to the office?

More and more, people are talking about going back to the workplace and the new normal. At Simply Business, we’re thinking of it as a Better Normal. That means offering our SBers more choice and greater flexibility to work in a way that’s best for their particular job, their teams, and their lives.

We’re shifting to a hybrid working model, so we’ll have employees working virtually and in the office at any given time.

We’re also aware there are times when working together in person is the best way to get things done. We expect our SBers to connect in their hubs (that’s what we call our offices) most likely once every few weeks. That said, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so we expect all SBers and their teams will find the operating rhythm that works best for them.
