In the small business world, I’ve lived most of what I’ve written. From agency owner to benefits consultant to retail investment advisor, I share knowledge acquired in these roles with consumers and business folks alike. My hope is that someone can use what I’ve learned to help improve their personal or professional situation. My freelance writing clients have included QuickBooks, Investopedia, Travelers, tED Magazine and Recruiting Daily, among many others. I cover topics such as human resources, real estate, basic investing and just about every line of personal or commercial insurance.

In my free time, I write some more: true and not-so-true short stories along with a soon-to-be-published non-fiction book titled The Kings of Cork Lane. I’m proud of the fact that I’m now reading all the classic novels I’d always promised myself I’d read. I also enjoy riding bicycles and collecting baseball cards and memorabilia from days when multi-million-dollar paydays were pure fantasy.
