After purchasing a policy, we will email you the steps to create your online account. From your account, you can download your Certificate of Insurance (COI) or add it to your Google or Apple wallet for easy access on the go.

Manage your account online
How to access policies, payments,

In addition to accessing your policies, and handling payments, you can use your account to:

- Change your account info (name, number, and email)
- Add an additional insured
- Download your COI anytime
Manage your existing policy
Add more coverage
You can purchase additional policies directly through your online account. However, to add additional coverage to your existing policies, you’ll need to contact one of our licensed insurance experts at 855-869-5183.
How to renew your policy
We auto-renew your policy to make sure you stay covered. Just be sure your payment info stays up to date so there’s no gap in protection.
How to cancel your policy
To cancel, call us at 855-869-5183. Only the policyholder can request cancellation. If you no longer need coverage, it’s better to cancel with us directly rather than stopping payments. Missing payments can make it harder to get insurance in the future.
